Forum Theatre can be an effective addition to your training event and a way to truly involve your participants, and is especially useful when tackling situations where there may not be simple clear-cut solutions. It is an effective tool to identify concerns about practice and procedures, to reinforce company values and policies and to promote ethical principles and good practice.


Forum Theatre is a fully interactive performance portraying a challenging situation followed by a safe group dynamic in which your staff/trainees will have the chance to take to the stage as ‘directors’ to suggest solutions to some of the issues shown.


This theatrical presentation triggers a frank discussion with particular emphasis on the behaviours and emotions involved on both sides of a dilemma and empowers participants to provide effective solutions to customer-facing problems, when they arise, and better engage with service users.
